How do you handle HIPAA and client data privacy?
VizyPlan encrypts all client data in transit and at rest. Reference photos and generated images stay tied to your account and are never used to train any public AI model. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available on request for clinic licensing — contact partners@vizyplan.com.
Can I manage multiple clients in one account?
Yes. The Provider Hub lets you create and switch between client profiles, view each client's routines and emotion check-ins separately, and pull session history per client without re-onboarding each time.
Does this replace my session documentation?
It supplements it. AI Transcript to Goals turns your recorded session into draft goals you can refine — saving the slow part. Session Notes give you a structured place to log observations against each client. Most clinicians use it alongside their existing EMR.
What if my client's family doesn't have a smartphone?
VizyPlan runs in any browser at app.vizyplan.com, including on Chromebooks and library computers. Routines can also be printed as picture cards directly from the app for families without consistent device access.
Can I share access with the family between sessions?
Yes. Invite parents, co-parents, grandparents, and other team members to the client's shared calendar so they can follow the routine, see emotion check-ins, and use the same calm tools you used in session.
What does provider licensing cost?
Per-seat pricing for solo practitioners, bulk seats for clinics, and district-level licensing for school-based teams. Pricing depends on caseload size and BAA needs. Talk to us at partners@vizyplan.com.
