Built by a Dad Who Gets It

Inspired by a father's journey to help his son see the world through his own eyes.

VizyPlan was created by a father who was frustrated by scattered tools and systems that added stress instead of reducing it.

He built what his family needed: a simple way to help his family navigate each day with confidence.

With experience leading tech teams at Amazon and Chewy, Justin combined technical expertise with his passion for helping children thrive.

Our Mission

Clarity, Confidence, and Calm

To empower every neurodivergent child to navigate their day with independence, delivered through personalized visual routines built with child development expertise.

I wanted to share something personal that has shaped our family and led us down an unexpected path.

My son is autistic. As a toddler, he had very limited verbal communication. Transitions were incredibly hard. Big emotions came quickly, and regulating them was nearly impossible when communication was limited.

In those early years, the only way we could help him understand his day was through laminated pictures and quick stick-figure drawings. We taped visuals to walls, carried bulky binders, searched for images on the fly, and moved pictures from room to room just so he could anticipate what was coming next.

Those visuals never fully worked because they did not show him. They did not reflect his world, his routines, or his success. He could not see himself in the story.

What if our child could actually see himself in the picture? What if he could visually experience his day, his routines, and his transitions, with himself as the main character?

That question led us to build VizyPlan.

This exists because my son needed a better way to communicate with his world, and we believed that experience should be personal, hopeful, and accessible to other families walking a similar path.
