For special education teams

Every student's day, visible to everyone who supports them.

VizyPlan gives classroom teachers, IEP coordinators, paras, and parents one shared visual schedule per student — so accommodations actually follow the kid home.

Three things, all in one tool.

Vizy helps your team align, advocate, and prepare together.

01 · Align

One visual schedule everyone uses.

The classroom teacher, the SpEd teacher, the paraeducator, the SLP, and the parent all see the same routine, the same images, and the same accommodations. No more "what they do at home is different from what we do here."

  • Shared schedule across classroom, home, and therapy
  • AI images so visuals look like the student, not stock art
  • Print-ready picture cards for low-tech classrooms
A shared visual routine across school and home
02 · Advocate

IEP meetings that end on time.

Vizy Advocate turns the recorded meeting into clear goals, accommodations, and follow-up items in minutes. Send the summary home so parents leave with a plan, not a 40-page folder.

  • AI-summarized IEP and 504 meeting notes
  • Goal tracking tied to the daily routine
  • Parent-shaped summaries so families come back informed

03 · Prepare

Because no student should walk into a difficult moment unprepared.

The fire drill, the substitute teacher, the cafeteria swap, the first IEP. A picture story your student sees before the moment hits — so the day stays predictable instead of a series of surprises.

  • One-tap stories for transitions, drills, and new staff
  • Personalized with images of the actual student
  • Sharable with the family so the same story runs at home

Common questions

From special education teams.

How does VizyPlan handle student privacy and FERPA?
VizyPlan encrypts all student data in transit and at rest. Reference photos and AI-generated images stay tied to the district account and are never used to train any public AI model. A Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) and Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) addendum are available on request — write to partners@vizyplan.com.
Does it work on Chromebook?
Yes. The full VizyPlan experience runs in any modern browser at app.vizyplan.com — Chromebook, Windows, Mac, iPad, Android tablet, and shared classroom devices.
Can paraeducators and aides access student plans?
Yes. Each student profile supports multiple invited users with role-based access — primary teacher, paraeducator, related-service providers, and parents — so the team works from the same plan without messy handoffs.
Can I print routines for low-tech classrooms?
Yes. Any routine and its personalized images can be printed as picture cards or a visual schedule strip directly from the app. Useful for hallway boards, sensory rooms, and students who don't carry a device.
How does the IEP and 504 summary tool work?
Vizy Advocate records the meeting (with consent) and extracts goals, accommodations, services, and action items into a parent-shaped summary. You can review, edit, and share it home in one tap — so families leave with the plan, not the binder.
What does district licensing cost?
Pricing scales with the number of student profiles and supporting staff seats. Bulk discounts for buildings and districts. DPA available. Talk to us at partners@vizyplan.com.
