Can we add or remove providers later?
Yes. Change seats any time from Billing in your admin portal, and the price adjusts automatically. Past 50 providers, every seat drops to $125 a year or $15 a month.
What do families pay?
Nothing for what you share. Families open your routines, stories and boards free, and can keep using VizyPlan free after their trial.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes, it's included. After checkout we send your practice our business associate agreement (the HIPAA agreement you need with us) to sign. Client photos are private and never used to train AI.
Can we try it before we buy?
