No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and buying something does not improve your chances. Entry is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older. VizyPlan staff and their immediate families are not eligible.
How to enter
There are two ways in, and both count the same:
- Create a VizyPlan avatar at our ASHA booth, post it publicly tagging @vizyplan, and tell us the handle you posted from.
- Or email support@vizyplan.com with the subject "ASHA pass drawing" and your name. No post, no booth visit, no purchase required.
One entry per person however you enter. Entries close at 5:00pm ET on November 21, 2026.
The prize
One winner receives registration to the 2027 ASHA Convention, paid by VizyPlan, with an approximate retail value of $600. Travel, lodging, meals and everything else are not included. The prize is not transferable and no cash substitute is offered, though we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if registration is unavailable. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
Winner selection
The winner is chosen at random from all eligible entries after entries close, and is notified by email within five business days at the address they gave us. If you entered by posting, we check that the post is public and tags @vizyplan before awarding. If we cannot reach a winner within five days of notification, we draw again. Odds depend on the number of entries.
About the platforms and the convention
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any other platform, and it is not sponsored or endorsed by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. You are providing your information to VizyPlan, not to any of them. Each platform's own rules still apply to anything you post.
Your photo and your information
The selfie you take at the booth is used once, to generate your avatar, and is never stored by us or used to train any model. The finished avatar is yours to keep and we email you a copy. We keep your name, email, and the handle you give us so we can run the drawing and stay in touch about VizyPlan; you can unsubscribe at any time, and our privacy policy covers the rest.
