1. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of VizyPlan and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Promotion Period. The promotion begins on April 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 1, 2026. Entrants must create an account between April 17–24, 2026 and complete 7 days of app usage by 11:59 PM ET on May 1, 2026.

3. How to Enter. Download the VizyPlan app from the Apple App Store or access it at app.vizyplan.com. Create a free account between April 17–24, 2026. Use the app on 7 consecutive days starting on your sign-up date by performing at least one qualifying action per day: creating a personalized AI image, asking VizyAdvocate a question, or building a social story. No payment or credit card is required to enter. The free trial provides full access to all qualifying actions. Limit one entry per person.

4. Bonus Entries. Entrants may earn up to two additional entries: (a) one additional entry by following @VizyPlan on both Facebook and Instagram AND tagging @VizyPlan in a post or story during the Promotion Period; and (b) one additional entry by subscribing to the VizyPlan email newsletter at vizyplan.com during the Promotion Period. Bonus entries are not required to enter or win. Maximum of three total entries per person (one base entry plus up to two bonus entries).

5. Prize. One grand prize of $250 USD, awarded via check, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle at the winner's preference. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $250. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection. One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 15, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor.

7. Winner Notification. The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their VizyPlan account within 3 business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. The Sponsor may announce the winner on its social media channels (first name and last initial only, unless the winner consents to full name).

8. Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on the prize. The prize value is below the $600 threshold for IRS Form 1099 reporting.

9. General Conditions. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond the Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

10. Release of Liability. By entering, participants release the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising out of their participation in the promotion or acceptance of any prize.

11. Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at app.vizyplan.com/privacy. Entrant information will not be sold to third parties.

12. Entrant Age Requirement. This promotion is intended for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Children are not eligible to enter. Any information collected pertains to the parent or guardian, not the child, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

13. Winner Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. The winner may decline by notifying the Sponsor in writing within 7 days of prize acceptance.

14. Limitation of Liability. The Sponsor's total liability in connection with this promotion shall not exceed the total value of the prize ($250 USD). In no event shall the Sponsor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the promotion.

15. Governing Law. This promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Worcester County, Massachusetts.

16. Void Where Prohibited. This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

17. Existing Member Drawing. Current VizyPlan subscribers who use the app between April 17–24, 2026 (by performing at least one qualifying action as defined in Rule 3) will be automatically entered into a separate random drawing for one month of free VizyPlan service. One entry per existing member. No additional action is required beyond normal app usage between April 17–24, 2026. The winner will be selected by random drawing on or about May 15, 2026 and notified via the email address associated with their VizyPlan account. This drawing is separate from the $250 grand prize drawing and is subject to all other Official Rules herein.
